Hi Tom. I just spoke with you on the phone. My wife and I bought your oysters for the first time at Triftys Broadmead yesterday. What a treat. Oysters and I go back a long way. We have done road trips in past years along the coast from B.C. to Oregon simply to taste oysters from different areas. My favorite is the Olympia oyster Ostreola conchaphila which is very hard to find. My second favorite have been the oysters from Willapa Bay Washington. Your “Komo Gway” oysters are right up there. A wonderful product and harvested and sold at the right size. We had Pan fried oysters last night and are now heading back to Thrifty’s to buy some more today as we both feel like building an oyster gumbo for tonight. If we had our way we would be serving your oysters for Christmas dinner.Again thanks for a great product.
