Komo Gway Grilled Oysters

Komo Gway Grilled Oysters with a Madagascar Green Peppercorn Sauce by Chef Teri of Thrifty Foods

Ingredients

1/2 small tin Madagascar Green Peppercorns
1 leek, sliced, washed and sliced
1-2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
4 TBSP Spectrum Olive Oil, or butter
1/2 cup coffee cream
2 tbsp freshly chopped tarragon
Sea salt and pepper
1 Bag Komo Gway Oysters

 

1) Pre -heat grill on med high.
2) Drain and rinse peppercorns.
3) In a sauce pan on med high, add butter or oil, or half of each and melt. Add leeks, garlic and peppercorns. Simmer until onions and garlic are soft. Add tarragon and cream and simmer until thickened. Season to taste.
4) BBQ Komo Gway Oysters until lids open. Pour sauce over the oysters.
