Komo Gway Heavenly Baked Oysters

Ingredients
12 med Komo Gway Fresh Oysters, shucked
1 container Thrifty Foods Asiago and Artichoke Dip
Milk or cream as needed
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Freshly chopped tarragon , to taste
Pepper, to taste
Spectrum Olive Oil, for sauteing
1) Preheat oven to 400°
2)In a sauce pan, heat on med and add a splash of olive oil and saute oysters just until they set.
3) In a oven proof dish or individual ramekins, spread a layer of dip on the bottom. Place oysters on top (whole or chopped) and add a splash of cream.
4) Sprinkle tarragon and top with cheese.
5) Bake until bubbly. Serve hot.
